Strategic Salesforce Account Executive

At Demand Chain, I had the opportunity to close over $5 million in revenue by managing full sales cycles—from cold outreach and qualification through proposals, negotiation, and long-term account management. My approach was to build meaningful client relationships, often through strategy workshops that helped align Salesforce technology with each client's unique processes.
One of my favorite parts of the role was cold email prospecting, which led to closing a deal worth over $1M and proved that persistence paired with relevance can open big doors. I also consistently nurtured small accounts—some starting around $15,000—into six-figure partnerships by earning trust and delivering ongoing value.
Internally, I contributed to our CRM transformation team, helping streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency. I also managed monthly forecasts with a high degree of accuracy and stepped into project management responsibilities for smaller clients—ensuring they received a well-rounded, hands-on experience from first meeting to final delivery.
