The true north my compass points toward.

Mission

My aim is to elevate the people, teams, and organizations I work with by delivering meaningful outcomes, grounded in empathy, purpose, and craft. To lead with integrity, think deeply, and act thoughtfully—bringing clarity to complex challenges without losing sight of the human element.

Vision

To earn trust as a leader and steward—someone who guides with intention, communicates with honesty, and builds systems that empower and serve others. I aim to pair my love for words with my passion for creating positive change.

Values that keep me grounded on my path.

Authenticity

I believe in showing up as the real me, even when it’s messy.

Service

Lead with generosity. Leave situations better than I found them and act selflessly.

Honesty

I voice my truth—even when it’s hard, and especially when it matters.

Empathy

Listen deeply. See the human first.

The kind of leader I strive to be.

Compassion and Assistance

Hold others in high regard. Help ease their path—but never assume it’s mine to walk for them. Lead with empathy, not control, and always find a place of mutual understanding in every situation.

Model What You Want to Multiply

The best leaders don’t bark orders—they provide an example. I aim to be the kind of teammate, communicator, and problem-solver I’d want more of on any team. I also focus on cultivating a sense of camaraderie that carries teams through rough patches.

Drive Change Thoughtfully

Understand how changes I make as a leader will impact those around me before innovating. Be intentional about what needs to shift, and use clarity, buy-in, and collaboration to carry change onward.

Learning, Coaching, & Teaching

Stay open and curious as a default state of being. Share what I know with care, not ego. Intentionally create space for others to grow, and build plans for the development of individuals and the team.

Adapt to Individuality

Every person, every team, and every season of business needs something different. Leadership means tuning in, flexing your approach, building on strengths, being honest about weaknesses, and guiding people in the way they need to be led.

Build Trust Through Transparency

Lead with clarity and honesty. Share decisions, context, and expectations freely—because trust isn’t built by title, it’s built by transparency.

What living well looks like, for me.

  • Growth doesn’t just come from hard things—it comes from presence. Some days, the challenge is facing something uncomfortable. Other days, it’s allowing myself to feel good without trying to earn it. I aim to meet life as it is and stretch myself in some way—whether that means leaning in or letting go.

  • Happiness. Luck. Success. The Swedish word Lycklig translates to all three—and I think that’s no accident. I believe that happiness isn’t something you chase after success. It’s where things begin. When you live in alignment, luck tends to show up. And when you stay steady in that, success becomes inevitable.

  • The mind is powerful—but it's only good as a servant, and a bad master. I’ve found that living from the heart—allowing intuition, presence, and compassion to lead—creates more joy and contentment with fewer spirals.

  • Pain isn’t the enemy—it’s the teacher, and worthy of being sought and honored. Every painful moment holds the potential for insight, resilience, and transformation. Growth doesn’t happen without discomfort—and each day I welcome whatever comes with an open mind and heart full of gratitude.

  • For me, meaning and structure form a sort of yin and yang. Sometimes a clear goal gives rise to the routines that support it. Other times, structure itself creates the space where meaning emerges. I need both: and it’s something I aim at and something I build with.

What you can expect when working with me.

Strategic Thinking, Practical Execution

I specialize in connecting vision to real-world action, designing systems and campaigns that don’t just sound good—they work.

Human Communication

I work to understand the people I’m building for—be it customers or stakeholders—and create solutions that feel intuitive, valuable, and natural to use.

Building Structure Where There is Ambiguity

I’m at my best when I’m building clarity into chaos. I believe good structure frees people to focus.

Growth Mindset in Action

Whether diving deep into CRM integrations, new marketing strategies, or rethinking customer experience, I’m always learning, adapting, and growing.

Areas I’m still working on.

Progress Over Perfection

I’m learning to balance depth with speed—trusting that done is often better than perfect.

Piloting Before Scaling

I love building big systems, but I’ve been working to validate early and iterate often.

Letting "Good Enough" be Good Enough

High standards are in my DNA—but sometimes, the best way to honor them is to keep moving.
